Perks are character traits selected during character creation that provide permanent bonuses or penalties. You must select an equal number of positive and negative perks to maintain balance.
Positive Perks
Strong Back

- Effect: HP regeneration 50% faster

- Effect: 75% resistance to food poisoning
- Description: Your digestive system can handle questionable food better
Cold Adapted
- Effect: 30% slower warmth drain
- Description: You're naturally resistant to cold temperatures
Efficient Eater
- Effect: 20% slower hunger drain
- Description: Your body efficiently uses nutrients, requiring less food
Water Conservator
- Effect: 20% slower thirst drain
- Description: You need to drink less frequently than others
