Perks
Perks are character traits selected during character creation that provide permanent bonuses or penalties. You must select an equal number of positive and negative perks to maintain balance.

- Effect: +20kg carry capacity
Keen Eye
- Effect: +15 to tracking and gathering
Fast Healer
- Effect: HP regeneration 50% faster
Iron Stomach
- Effect: 75% resistance to food poisoning
Cold Adapted
- Effect: 30% slower warmth drain
Efficient Eater
- Effect: 20% slower hunger drain
Water Conservator
- Effect: 20% slower thirst drain
Thick Skinned
- Effect: 15% damage reduction
Optimist
- Effect: Morale drains 25% slower
Night Owl
- Effect: Can work at night with no penalties

Weak Back
- Effect: -20kg carry capacity
Poor Vision
- Effect: -15 to tracking and gathering
Slow Healer
- Effect: HP regeneration 30% slower
Sensitive Stomach
- Effect: 2x chance of food poisoning
Cold Sensitive
- Effect: 30% faster warmth drain
Big Appetite
- Effect: 20% faster hunger drain
Dehydrates Quickly
- Effect: 20% faster thirst drain

- Effect: 15% more damage taken
Pessimist
- Effect: Morale drains 25% faster
Light Sleeper
- Effect: Need to sleep every 24h instead of 36h
